Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, a sanitization plan along with best practices have been developed and are required to be followed by all persons embarking on a charter to ensure the safety of our guests, crew, and residents of any destinations we may visit.

For any reservation for 2021 and beyond that are afterwards impacted due to (FORCE MAJEURE) COVID-19 formal government travel restrictions your deposit or booking will become a credit that will be held for up to 24 months. Cancellations for any other reason are subject to the conditions below. Travel insurance is highly recommended for any trip.

This credit is valid on direct bookings only. Any bookings made through third-party sites, may not be eligible for the full length of the credit.

Additionally, Remote West Coast Adventures reserves the right to alter any itineraries due to COVID-19 concerns.

Private charters/shared sightseeing trips can be booked from April to October but are subject to availability and weather conditions.


At the time of booking, guests can choose to pay either their full trip cost or reserve their spots with a 30% deposit. If a guest chooses the deposit option, their remaining balance will be due 90 days before their scheduled departure or their spot may be forfeited.


We highly recommend all guests purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance that covers the full cost of their tour. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Charters/Trips Paid in Full

If the trip's entire cost has been paid in full and guests are cancelling with more than 90 days before departure, they are eligible for a refund of their tour price minus 15%. If the tour is cancelled with less than 90 days before departure, no refund will be given.

Deposit Only

If only the deposit has been paid and a guest cancels with more than 90 days notice, they will be given a 50% refund of their deposit. If a guest cancels with less than 90 days before the departure date and have not paid their remaining balance, the deposit will be forfeited.

In the highly unlikely event that Remote West Coast Adventures should have to cancel a tour, all guests will be provided with a 100% refund or life-long credit, in which we can assist you with rescheduling your tour. Guests will also be notified immediately of any changes and cancellations.
