Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates
Due to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), Remote West Coast Adventures will only be offering private charters for 2020. Shared sightseeing cruises will be available for 2021, pending the coronavirus situation.
After each group has left the ship, a deep-cleaning process of each rooms and deck will be implemented in order to thoroughly sterilize the boat.
Additionally, for 2020 if you book a private charter but are afterwards affected by travel bans (either in Vancouver or your home region), your deposit/payment will be held for a future booking for up to 24 months.

Bookings for private charters from May to October are possible, but are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Parties of 8 or more guests are eligible for a 10% per person group discount under the following bookings conditions:
- All guests must book the same tour and departure date
- Deposits for each booking must be paid by each guest within 48 hours of the reservation being made
- The group rate is subject to double occupancy. Any guest who requests their own room will be charged a single supplement
Deposits are non-refundable for group bookings, and the remaining balance is due 90 days before the departure date, after which it cannot be refunded.
At the time of booking, guests can choose to pay either their full tour cost or reserve their spots with a 30% deposit. If a guest chooses the deposit option, their remaining balance will be due 90 days before their scheduled departure or their spot may be forfeited.
Deposits for private charter or bespoke tours is 50% paid at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 90 days before departure.
We highly recommend all guests purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance that covers the full cost of their tour. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Tour paid in full
If the tour was paid in full and guests are cancelling with more than 90 days before departure, they are eligible for a refund of their tour price minus 15% (25% for charters). If the tour is cancelled with less than 90 days before departure, no refund will be given.
If only the deposit has been paid and a guest cancels with more than 90 days notice, they will be given a 50% refund of their deposit. If a guest cancels with less than 90 days (or 120 days for chaters) before the departure date, and have not paid their remaining balance, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations by Remote West Coast Adventures
In the highly unlikely event that Remote West Coast Adventures should have to cancel a tour, all guests will be provided with a 100% refund or life-long credit, in which we can assist you with rescheduling your tour. Guests will also be notified immediately of any changes and cancellations.
