With this in mind, we have curated multiple suggested routes that we recommend for your private charter which focus on British Columbia’s premier locations. Vancouver Island & The Southern Gulf Islands
Begin your expedition in the southern part of Vancouver Island, near Victoria, B.C.’s capital. Stroll by the Inner Harbour before walking along colourful Government Street where chic boutiques and charming cafes such as Murchie’s will beckon you inside with their exquisite desserts and aromatic coffee. Go beyond the city into attractive seaside villages such as Sidney and Oak Bay.
Continue on towards the Southern Gulf Islands to find inspiration for your artistic soul. These diverse islands are world-recognized for being home to welcoming communities featuring dozens of local artisan galleries, specialty stores, and restaurants. Travel from Salt Spring Island where the world-renowned farmers’ market will tempt you with fresh local goods as you island hop along the region’s more remote destinations.
Suggested Itinerary: Victoria – Oak Bay – North Pender Island – South Pender Island – Saturna Island – Mayne Island – Salt Spring Island – Brentwood Bay

The Sunshine Coast & Desolation Sound
Near the edge of Vancouver lies The Sunshine Coast. Surrounded by breathtaking mountains, the shimmering ocean and freshwater lakes, this paradise can only be accessed by sea or air. A blend of stunning nature and modern communities such as Gibsons, home to Molly’s Reach Restaurant made famous by the Beachcombers television series; here you can explore historic districts, artisan communities and local breweries such as Tapworks Brewing that features over 16 distinct West Coast taps in their tasting room.
Afterwards, travel north to Desolation Sound, where the serenity of this secluded destination relaxes the mind and spirit in places such as Quadra and Cortes Island.
Suggested Itinerary: Vancouver – Gibsons – Sechelt – Halfmoon Bay – Powell River – Lund – Savary Island – Refuge Cove – Cortes Island – Quadra Island – Campbell River

Desolation Sound & Toba Inlet
Desolation Sound is B.C.’s largest marine park and offers endless adventures. This untamed area is home to a variety of marine life, soft, golden beaches such as those on Savary Island that beg to be explored, and a variety of lush trails spread throughout the region.
Tucked at the edge of this magnificent park is Toba Inlet. Led by the Klahoose First Nations, you can see the powerful grizzly bears up close in the bear watching stands. For this part of your journey, our ship will be docked at the edge of the inlet, so you will spend less time travelling to meet your Indigenous guide and instead will have more time to be amazed by these incredible creatures.
Suggested Itinerary: Campbell River – Quadra Island – Savary Island – Cortes Island – Refuge Cove – Toba Inlet – Campbell River/Lund

Desolation Sound & The Southern Inside Passage
Two of the wildest regions found in the lower part of the West Coast, Desolation Sound & the Inside Passage will bring any traveller into the heart of the rainforest. The first is filled with secluded islands and coves possessing hidden treasures such as Teakerne Arm Waterfall. The latter is home to welcoming fishing villages with fascinating histories that can be discovered at places like the Whale Interpretive Centre in Telegraph Cove.
Your expedition will include wildlife viewing, visiting remote communities, learning about local Indigenous history, and embracing the beauty of British Columbia.
Suggested Itinerary: Campbell River – Quadra Island – Blind Channel – Johnstone Strait – Telegraph Cove – Alert Bay – Port McNeill – Port Hardy
